What is your policy on snow or inclement weather cancellations?

In times of inclement weather, the owners may decide it is necessary for everyone’s safety to close the clinic and reschedule patients. We will attempt to give patients 24 hours of notice in the event that the office will be closing. Your therapist may individually decide that travel is unsafe for them: keep in mind many of us live in different weather zones across the state.

If you are generally nervous to drive in poor weather, please err on the side of cancelling your appointment as soon as you can. Please attempt to give our therapists 24 hours of notice in these cases.
