About the teacher: Josh Schmidt primarily teaches restorative, yin and mindful flow yoga classes as well as meditation. These slower, internal practices have drawn him deeper into yoga philosophy and is where he learned the significance of non-resistance - which is where he has seen the most benefit in his daily life.
