COVID-19 Information & Policies

 

Current COVID-19 Policies:

  • Patients are required to wear face coverings at all times and sanitize hands upon entering and leaving.

  • We are continuing to uphold all policies and procedures for everyone regardless of their vaccination status.

  • Please cancel your appointment in advance if:

    • you have been in close contact in the past 10 days with anyone or possibly exposed to anyone who tested positive for COVID-19.

    • you have any symptoms such as fever (100.0 and above) or chills, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, fatigue, headache, muscle/body aches, runny nose/congestion, new loss of taste or smell, or nausea, vomiting or diarrhea.

  • We are only doing contactless check-out and require a credit card on file in advance of your appointment.

  • Please do not bring guests except for caretakers and guardians. 

  • As always, we provide all of the fresh sheets and pillowcases required for your appointment. However, if you would like a blanket, please bring your own (in a bag so it can be safely transported out of the office). Each table also has the option to be heated.

What else we are doing to mitigate risk:

  • On top of our regular careful universal hygiene, we are disinfecting high contact areas regularly.  

  • In addition to our regular treatment room sanitizing, we have enclosed all soft surfaces in a non-porous material that is sanitized in between appointments. 

  • Therapists are wearing high quality face masks.

  • Each treatment room has an Air-Free Tulip Air Purifier. The Thermodynamic TSS Technology silently destroys airborne bacteria, viruses, mold, organic allergens, and all airborne microorganisms at temperatures of 400°F, in a filterless operation.
