Tina DeGirolamo is a Licensed Massage Therapist as well as a Certified and Licensed Athletic Trainer. She holds a BS in Athletic Training from Springfield College (Springfield, MA) where she was a 4-year Collegiate Field Hockey athlete. With this background, she has extensive knowledge of the biomechanics of injury and incorporates a variety of rehabilitation techniques into her sessions. As someone who is no stranger to being injured, she loves finding the root of the pathology and effecting change.
In addition to being a Licensed Athletic Trainer, Tina is certified in Kinesiology Taping K1 & 2 which she offers as a service at 360 NMT. She received her initial LMT training from the Bancroft School of Massage Therapy in Worcester, MA and is close to certification with Precision NeuroMuscular Therapy. She is also a professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA).
In her free time, Tina enjoys signing up for any kind of race her friends want to do. She completed the 186+ mile ride raising money for cancer research and treatment for the Pan Mass Challenge as a cyclist in 2017. Hiking, biking, and rollerblading are her main modes of transportation on weekends. An avid dog lover, she is the proud owner of Calamari, her beautiful, goofy puppy.
